Summer ACES (Assisting Children to Explore & Succeed)
for 4th and 5th graders
The Bridge Family Center is again offering a summer program for children entering the 4th and 5th grades in the fall. Summer ACES is for children who could use extra support to help them improve the skills needed for success in the classroom and on the playground. The program not only teaches social skills, but also provides ways for the children to put new skills into practice through fun summer activities and field trips.
This program is for independently functioning children who do not need an extra hand to help them participate. We understand that there are several childhood disorders that make social skills a challenge. If you are looking for a more therapeutically structured social skills program, please let us know and we will refer you to a program that will meet your child's needs.
