Counseling Services
The Bridge counseling centers offer services to children, adolescents and adults. We provide individual, family, couples and group therapy, and work with a wide range of mental health challenges. We pay close attention to understanding each of our client's needs, and offer our professional expertise to collaborate with our clients in working towards each client's unique mental health goals. Our team of therapists all work to develop strong therapeutic relationships with their clients that are compassionate, supportive, and based on a sense of deep respect for each client.
Bridge West Has Moved to Farmington
Bridge West, formally located in Avon, has moved to 2 Bridgewater Road, Suite 202 in Farmington.
Located at the intersection of Brickyard Road and Rte. 4W, the new location provides easier access to mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, and families living in the Farmington Valley. The counseling programs offered in the clinic provide crisis counseling, stabilization, and individual, couple, and family therapy. They promote mental health, improve functioning, and effectively decrease the prevalence and incidence of mental illness, emotional disturbances, and social dysfunction. The services are available to every individual and family regardless of their ability to pay.
The Bridge serves more than 800 people annually through its four counseling centers located in Elmwood, Farmington, Rockville, and West Hartford. One-on-one therapeutic sessions are conducted in the clinic, although the option for clients to meet using Telehealth is still available.

We focus on issues such as:
- Depression
- Anxiety
